Today I went to a lecture
where this brilliant woman talked about the “Unmaking of the World” and how, as humans, we think we’re building amazing things, but each time we build something, we destroy something else.
She said something that really stuck with me and I wrote it down as soon as she said it:
“Life is already full and complete, the insertion of anything changes everything.”
How beautiful is that? So simple and eloquent.
